The foods that are rich in sulfur also can be useful because it helps to cure acne. Garlic and onions contain a good amount of sulfur. Your acne care provider may also recommend you not to eat sugar, fried foods, or foods that are high in fat. Carbonated beverages with sugar should also be minimized or perhaps eliminated.
